The Project Accountant is responsible for maintaining multiple Financial Management Systems and producing the financial reporting packages. This position is responsible for financial forecasting, budget and cash flow projection models. He/She oversees the budgeting process and performs financial analysis/reporting for the organization.  This position is also required to conduct business process analysis and provide general support to the accounting group.

The ideal candidate for the Manager, Human Resources and Payroll position is a self-starter and team player with general human resources expertise, which includes payroll management, program management, recruitment and oversight of internship programs. This individual will be responsible for managing the semi-monthly payroll, components the HRIS system, recruitment of a variety of positions including the spring, summer and fall internship programs, preparing information for the Intern Orientation and overseeing the online applicant tracking system.

Director, Internal Audit & Compliance
DESCRIPTION

The Director, Internal Audit and Compliance enables vendor risk management best practices, reviews compliance with external regulation & internal policy/procedure and supports the Audit Committee of the Board in their governance functions The Director, manages the internal audit of departments and global vendors.  He/she directs the implementation and maintenance of audit programs for accounts, records, contracts and financial procedures of internal operations to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with established procedures and applicable laws.
