Brand USA uses three primary methods to seek, source, and select supplier partners: Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotes (RFQs). Current RFPs and RFIs are listed below.

The Regional Director, Canada, will report to the Vice President, Global Trade Development, (based in Washington, DC), and be responsible for helping to ensure that Brand USA’s Annual Strategic Plan is achieved.  This individual will assist in the development and execution of a Canada Strategy plan focused on driving visitation and revenue to the United States.  This position will ensure that a strategic plan for effectuating Brand USA’s goals in market is developed and successfully implemented.

The Regional Director, Mexico, will report to the Vice President, Global Trade Development, (based in Washington, DC), and be responsible for helping to ensure that Brand USA’s Annual Strategic Plan is achieved. This individual will assist in the development and execution of a Mexico strategy plan focused on driving visitation and revenue to the United States. This position will ensure that a strategic plan for effectuating Brand USA’s goals in market is developed and successfully implemented.

Brand USA is seeking a global trade show pavilion organizer (the “Organizer”) that can provide Brand USA and other potential pavilion exhibitors (approved by Brand USA) global trade show management services. The services will include the negotiation and management of sufficient pavilion space within the trade shows of Brand USA’s choosing, booth design, build, and management, and post-show reporting. The Organizer will be expected to contract for the entire pavilion space with the trade show entity (e.g., Reed Exhibitions). There is no guarantee of non-Brand USA participation in any pavilion, though Brand USA will be able to provide historical information for planning purposes. The Organizer will not have the right to use the Brand USA Pavilion name at shows not expressly identified and authorized by Brand USA.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate travel trade marketing representation firm to represent Brand USA’s travel trade interests in Italy and Spain. The selected Representation Firm is asked to identify a Strategic Director within their agency who will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination in order to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the United States. As an extension of the Brand USA team in market, the Strategic Director will ensure all in-market activity represents Brand USA in ways that support the organization’s strategies and mission, while protecting and preserving our integrity and brand.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate travel trade marketing representation firm to represent Brand USA’s travel trade interests in France and Benelux.  The selected Representation Firm is asked to identify a Strategic Director within their agency who will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination in order to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the United States.  As an extension of the Brand USA team in market, the Strategic Director will ensure all in-market activity represents Brand USA in ways that support the organization’s strategies and mission, while protecting and preserving our integrity and brand.  

 The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate travel trade marketing representation firm to represent Brand USA’s travel trade interests in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The selected Representation Firm is asked to identify a Strategic Director, and potential other staffers, within their agency who will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination in order to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the United States. The Strategic Director will ensure all in-market activity represents Brand USA in ways that support the organization’s strategies and mission, while protecting and preserving our integrity and brand.

The Regional Director, China, will report to the Vice President, Global Trade Development, (based in Washington, DC), and be responsible for helping to ensure that Brand USA’s Annual Strategic Plan is achieved.  This individual will assist in the development and execution of a China Strategy plan focused on driving visitation and revenue to the United States, as well as oversee current offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu.  This position will ensure that a strategic plan for effectuating Brand USA’s goals in market is developed and successfully implemented.
