2016 Germany MegaFam

The Germany MegaFam kicked off with an opening event on September 15, 2016 at the Lufthansa Training Center. The next day, September 16, 80 agents from Germany embarked on an exciting MegaFam of the United States. Brand USA, in partnership with Lufthansa Group and United Airlines, had eight amazing iteneraries lined up to highlight the diverse travel destination of the United States:
- Take it Easy: Houston & Louisiana
- Life is Good: Seattle & Oregon
- Feel Free: Charlotte & Tennessee
- Keep Calm and Aloha: Hawaii
- The Sunny Side of Life: Florida
- The Natural Beauty-- Capital Region: Virginia & Maryland
- Go Big: California
- Let's rock it: Los Angeles & Nevada
On September 20, after exploring the United States, all 80 agents came together and experienced the Nation's Capital, Washington, DC, for the finale event, held at Trump International Hotel. The finale event is an opportunity for agents to share the highlights from their respective itineraries, therefore enabling the agents to go home and share stories and experiences from all eight itineraries. The agents returned home to Germany the next day, September 21.
