Brand USA is the destination marketing organization for the United States. Our mission is to increase international visitation, spend, and market share in order to fuel the U.S. economy and enhance the image of the United States worldwide. Since 2011, we have worked in close partnership with more than 800 organizations to invite people all over the world to explore the virtually limitless travel experiences and destinations available in the United States of America.
Brand USA accepts cash contributions that we may deploy to promote international travel to the United States via results-driven programs and platforms. The partnership begins with a conversation with our partner engagement team, where we can walk you through the LOA contribution process and hear your international marketing objectives.
The general path for any of the cooperative activity that we do with any contributing partner is as follows:
- Partner signs a letter of agreement to contribute funds to Brand USA; the contribution is made
- Partner and Brand USA may consult on creative, markets, timing, and media channels ensuring that any plan further our mutual missions
- Brand USA either contracts with a third party vendor (either directly with a media owner or via a media buying agency) or launches programming using internal or affiliated resources
- Brand USA pays for the marketing and promotional work it authorized.
Brand USA will use your contribution solely for marketing or promotional activity designed to attract international visitors. You may specify theinternational market, marketing channel, seasonality, and target audience. Cooperative marketing is one of the major marketing categories that Brand USA is active in, which provide opportunities for organizations, regardless of their budget, to partner with Brand USA to promote travel experiences to, through, and beyond the gateways.

Yes! Brand USA has several market specific logos that can be used on your website or international marketing materials. There is no fee for use but we do have branding guidelines for the logo treatment. Please contact your partner engagement representative to begin the process.
Brand USA welcomes the rights to use your images and videos. We accept your content into our digital asset management system, the database our social media teams use to promote the U.S. Please contact your partner engagement representative to learn more.
Your partner engagement representative can provide research and other strategic information about the markets Brand USA is active in, and provide market overviews based on the research we conduct.
