Clemen Hernandez serves as the Senior Manager of Media Planning at Brand USA, the nation's destination marketing organization dedicated to promoting international visitation to the United States. In her role, Clemen spearheads strategic media planning, campaign execution, analytics, and optimization across all global paid and in-kind campaigns for consumer and trade initiatives. Her expertise ensures that Brand USA's marketing efforts effectively reach and engage target audiences worldwide.
Prior to joining Brand USA, she began her career at an advertising agency, where she worked with hotel and real estate clients, honing her skills in media planning and strategy. She later pursued her passion for entertainment by joining Universal Orlando Resort, where she served as a media planner. Notably, Clemen was part of the marketing team that launched Volcano Bay, the resort's groundbreaking water theme park, showcasing her ability to contribute to high-profile projects.
Clemen holds a bachelor’s degree in arts marketing & communications from Florida International University.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Clemen is a devoted mother to her son. Together, they enjoy exploring theme parks, visiting farmers markets, and having picnics in the park.
