Grace Ivana Deheza is director, consumer research for Brand USA. She supports the organization’s international marketing efforts through the development, direction, and implementation of consumer research and analysis. Before working at Brand USA, Grace founded her own consultancy company, IMETIS, providing high-quality research and analytic service in public opinion, market research, and public policy. Company projects impacted work for clients located in the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, and the United States. Before that, she worked at Newlink Group designing and evaluating public policies.
Grace studied Political Science in Bolivia and completed a Project Management master’s program at The George Washington University. She recently earned a certificate in Business Intelligence at Miami Dade College. Grace has even studied Political Science at the Ph.D. level at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
Grace loves to be outside in nature, even in an urban environment. She enjoys running and bicycling with her husband. When she studied in Italy, she pursued rock climbing.
Grace is multilingual. Her native language is Spanish, and she also speaks Italian and English. She was born and raised in La Paz, Bolivia and now calls Miami home as she loves the beach.
Saying Grace likes to travel is an understatement. She has visited 23 countries across Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
