Marc Brooks is manager, legal/compliance for Brand USA, the nation’s destination marketing organization with the mission of increasing international visitation to the United States, fueling the nation’s economy and enhancing the image of the USA worldwide. In this role, Marc provide support for contracting, internal compliance, and risk management functions.
Marc, who joined Brand USA in August 2013, has been responsible for organizing contracts in BOX during the pre-Salesforce period. He previously has worked as a legal assistant and contract analyst for Brand USA. Prior to Brand USA, he was a business researcher and legal assistant/investigator.
Marc graduated with a bachelor’s degree in government with a concentration in business from the University of Notre Dame. An avid traveler, he has visited three countries and 20 states. Marc loves pop, rock, and classical music; writes fiction and poetry; and is a history, art, and science buff. He speaks French and Spanish, has ridden a unicycle, and is a fan of the Baltimore Orioles. A native of Maryland, Marc now lives in Washington, DC.
