Tiwana Perry is a senior manager, corporate communications for Brand USA, the nation's destination marketing organization with the mission of increasing international visitation to the United States, fueling the nation's economy and enhancing the image of the USA worldwide. In this role, Tiwana focuses on Brand USA’s international communications strategy and corporate events.
Prior to joining Brand USA in November 2013, Tiwana held leadership positions in marketing at Fortune 100 organizations such as Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Tiwana graduated from Old Dominion University with a bachelor's degree in communications with a concentration in media studies. She is studying for the CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification and the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. She is co-chair of MACE Committee for the Potomac chapter of Meeting Professionals International, Inc., and on the advisory board for Prevue Magazine, which provides meeting and incentive planners with insightful group experiential and destination coverage.
A Bronx native, Tiwana loves traveling to beach destinations for rest and relaxation. She has visited much of the Caribbean, Mexico, and South America. She enjoys cooking, trying new international cuisines, and entertaining at home. No doubt, Tiwana will be continuing her beach travels and learning to cook more delicious international dishes.
