Brand USA Fiscal Year 2019 ROI Study by Oxford Economics

According to the results of the study, since Fiscal Year 2013 Brand USA’s marketing efforts generated:
  • 7.5 million incremental visitors
  • $24.9 billion in incremental spend
  • $54.5 billion in total economic impact
  • $7.1 billion in federal, state, and local taxes
  • Over 50,000 incremental jobs supported each year
  • A return to the U.S. economy an average of $27 for each $1 spent on marketing activities

Importantly, approximately half of the jobs supported are outside of the travel and tourism industry, including manufacturing, construction, finance, retail, and more.
