Brand USA Fiscal Year 2020 ROI Study by Oxford Economics
According to the results of the study, since Fiscal Year 2013 Brand USA’s marketing efforts generated:
- 7.7 million incremental visitors
- $25.5 billion in incremental spend
- $56 billion in total economic impact
- $7.3 billion in federal, state, and local taxes
- Over 45,000 incremental jobs supported each year
- A return to the U.S. economy an average of $26 for each $1 spent on marketing activities
Importantly, approximately half of the jobs supported are outside of the travel and tourism industry, including manufacturing, construction, finance, retail, and more.
