Increasing Opportunities

There continues to be tremendous demand for Brand USA Travel Week and its associated events. Beginning in 2024, we are replacing priority access registration in favor of an application process. Brand USA will now evaluate applications against a slate of criteria designed to offer equal opportunities to all applicants, regardless of 2019 attendance, to provide diversity of destinations and experiences for our buyers.

Additionally, to further accommodate the greatest number of stakeholders, attendance at only one event (Brand USA Travel Week OR Brand USA Media Forum) will be a prerequisite for attending Brand USA CEO Summit.

This new process is designed to ensure that the exhibitor pool:

  • Showcases the geographic diversity across the U.S.
  • Is a balance of diverse categories across a variety of travel sectors (e.g. state, city, attraction, lodging, transport, RTO, association, etc.)
  • Is a balance of new and returning organizations for buyers
  • Is a balance of shared and individual tables. We encourage partners to consider sharing a table to enable more exhibitors to participate.

 

2024 Event Application Timeline

Organizations will now have a two-week application period to submit their applications. Once closed, Brand USA will review and evaluate all applications.

February 26 - March 8: Application will be accepted beginning Feb. 26 through Brand USA Global Marketplace beginning 9 a.m. ET and closing at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 8.

March 11 - March 22: Brand USA will review applications. 

March 25: Applicants receive notice of acceptance to Brand USA Travel Week/Media Forum/CEO Summit or placement on the waitlist.

Please Note:

  • If accepted, you will be automatically registered and no further action is required. Please do not fill out an application unless you are sure your organization plans to attend.
  • If waitlisted, please notify us if you’d like to be taken off the waitlist.

Please submit a separate application for each event that your organization wishes to attend.

Applications will also serve as registration forms; we recommend that the delegate intending to participate completes the application(s).

 

Pricing

We are pleased to announce all costs remain the same as last year:

Travel Week Exhibitors: 1st Delegate: $7,500 (must be U.S. based), 2nd Delegate: $2,000

Media Forum Exhibitors: 1st Delegate: $2,000 (must be U.S. based)

CEO Summit: $1,000

No. There is no prerequisite to attend Media Forum. Your organization can attend Media Forum without attending Travel Week.

Attendance of either Travel Week OR Media Forum is a prerequisite for attendance at CEO Summit.

As stated above, we no longer offer priority access to spaces based on previous attendance.

You will automatically be registered for the event and will receive email confirmation. We will then be in-touch regarding hotel information and request table branding assets at a later date. Please note that each event is reviewed separately; approval for one event does not guarantee that you have a place at each event you have for which you have applied.

If a space becomes available at the event for which you have been waitlisted, you will be contacted via email to confirm your attendance. If you would prefer not to be on the waitlist, please email us accordingly at [email protected].
