The goal of this RFP is to streamline our event management process, by moving to an online process. The Event Management system will support activities such as online event registration, housing and travel management, on-site support, and event planning. The system must be cloud-based and integrate with other software, such as Salesforce.

Brand USA is interested in contracting international Social Media Influencers through agencies with specific expertise and relationships in this field. These Influencers will utilize their content creation skills and their own platforms to inspire visitation to the United States.

Brand USA seeks an Itinerary Planning tool that will enable visitors to VisitTheUSA.com to build their own trip plan based on personal interests for travel to the United States.

The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to identify the appropriate global media agency to provide planning and buying services in our target markets for consumer marketing and advertising communications.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek a central content marketing platform to organize, edit, push publish, and track content including photos, videos, articles, infographics, and advertising creative.  This software as a service (SaaS) product will be utilized by Brand USA and our global agencies.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a world-class digital agency for Brand USA’s websites and social media platforms in China.  The goal is to create and disseminate engaging, localized in-language content and creative, which will stimulate consumer desire to travel from China to the United States of America.  

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify the appropriate vendor to develop itineraries and other travel packages (“Product”) for promotion to international travel wholesalers and tour operators from Brand USA’s target markets. Brand USA is also seeking a vendor to develop training materials and hold seminars and training sessions to educate domestic partners –  destinations, hoteliers, attractions, etc. – on the impact of developing Product.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to designate a primary research provider who will support various Brand USA research projects. The range of research services required will vary upon the objective of each individual project. To maintain consistency and comparability across markets, one research provider will be chosen for this fiscal year (ending September 30), with an option to renew for the next two fiscal years.
