Our Process

Brand USA promotes and provides full and open competition in awarding contracts to support our operations and marketing efforts. Each year, we enter into a wide variety of contracts for services and goods. If you have the passion and talent to help us promote the United States as an exciting and diverse travel destination, we invite you to participate in this process.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and select a qualified partner to provide Brand USA with a visual trip planning solution for potential international travelers. The selected partner will be responsible for delivering a service that aligns with Brand USA's vision of enhancing user experiences through innovative travel technology solutions while maintaining strict privacy standards.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and select a qualified partner to provide Brand USA with a conversational AI solution for potential international travelers. The selected partner will be responsible for delivering a service that aligns with Brand USA's vision of enhancing user experiences through innovative travel technology solutions while maintaining strict privacy standards.

Brand USA is seeking a diverse group of qualified freelance writers to support various global communications needs, including crafting press releases, articles, and other key content to promote the United States as a premier travel destination on an ongoing, as needed basis. The selected writers will help communicate Brand USA's mission, milestones, and initiatives across diverse markets and audiences.

This RFP is open continuously. Submissions are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.

RFP

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify an appropriate vendor (or vendors) who will support Brand USA in providing media attribution services for our destination marketing efforts promoting the USA. As a destination marketing organization (DMO), we do not directly sell travel products or services, making traditional conversion tracking more challenging. A significant portion of our marketing efforts focuses on the upper funnel (e.g., awareness and consideration stages). We aim to better understand and report on the incrementality of our efforts, while recognizing that other entities are also promoting the USA as a destination. The selected vendor will help us determine the impact of our digital advertising campaigns on international visitation by comparing exposed and unexposed target audiences, as well as providing insights on visitor behavior once they arrive in the USA.
