The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate insourced PR agencies that can provide an onsite consultant(s) to help with a variety of communications and media relations initiatives with the goal of promoting Brand USA as a premier travel destination through international consumer media coverage. This vendor will work closely with the Director, Consumer and Trade Public Relations and Vice President of Integrated Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive and cohesive global public relations platform.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate integrated travel marketing and media/public relations firm (Representation Firm) to represent Brand USA’s interests in China (excluding Taiwan and Hong Kong). The selected Representation Firm will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination in order to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the United States. As an extension of the Brand USA team in market, the Representation Firm will ensure all in-market activity represents Brand USA in ways that support the organization’s strategies and mission, while protecting and preserving our integrity and brand.
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify the appropriate agency or agencies that can provide In-Country Social Media Community Managers to oversee Visit the USA’s social media presence in key International markets. The appropriate agency or agencies will help identify in-country community manager(s) responsible for translations and localization of our global content, and the execution of Visit the USA’s engagement strategy across a network of social platforms. Visit the USA has a community management need in: Australia, Mexico, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, India, Canada, Sweden, Chile, Colombia, China. The In-Country Social Media Community Manager will report through a Global Community Manager identified by Visit the USA. Brand USA is seeking a Marketing Project Management vendor, consultant or freelancer to work with our Consumer Marketing team on projects related to Brand USA’s Global Sponsorships and Brand Partnerships. The vendor/consultant will report to the Director, Global Sponsorships, and be responsible for supporting the director in developing and managing the successful execution of Brand USA’s annual global sponsorship and brand partnership programs across travel, film, music, entertainment and sports. This will include supporting the design and management of programs from conception to completion, including: managing the successful integration of partners and related requirements into Brand USA marketing, communications or trade initiatives to amplify our efforts and further our mutually beneficial goals.
Brand USA is seeking a vendor solution to provide us with a suite of Global Social Media Community Management services. The selected vendor will work with the Brand USA Integrated Marketing team - reporting to the Senior Direct of Consumer Marketing - and will help coordinate the execution of social media processes, content, community management tactics and translations across key international markets of focus for Brand USA. Brand USA has active in-market social community managers in the UK, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China, South Korea, Japan, Germany, France, Sweden, Chile, Columbia, Australia, and India. This Global Social Media Management solution will serve as an important liaison between Brand USA and its global agency partners to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution, and support the maintenance of brand standards across all social platforms, and ensures content is relevant to each market audience. Given the breadth of markets and time zones involved, the vendor services can be provided from multiple global offices, though Brand USA would like you to identify a single account manager, preferably in the Easter Time Zone (U.S.), to oversee vendor services and coordinate with Brand USA staff.
The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate vendor to assist the Global Trade Development team in the development of global strategic planning and execution in Asia, to include specific programming and standard operating procedures described below. Vendor will be required to provide a high level of strategy and oversee the Brand USA offices in the following Markets: China, Japan, South Korea, India, and South East Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan).
