Our Process

Brand USA promotes and provides full and open competition in awarding contracts to support our operations and marketing efforts. Each year, we enter into a wide variety of contracts for services and goods. If you have the passion and talent to help us promote the United States as an exciting and diverse travel destination, we invite you to participate in this process.

Brand USA uses three primary methods to seek, source, and select supplier partners: Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotes (RFQs). Current RFPs and RFIs are listed below.

Brand USA is seeking competitive advertising spend data across a defined set of international source markets. Competitors are defined as organizations or entities who are the official, established Destination Marketing Organization for specific countries outlined in this RFP. While many companies and organizations like hotels, airlines, and city-level DMOs invest in international tourism marketing, we are specifically interested in isolating country-level investment by the official tourism board or organization. The primary deliverable is a structured Excel-based competitive spend report, no creative samples are required, though if available, this would be a welcomed deliverable.

RFP

Brand USA is actively building a formal, nationwide roster of video and content production partners. Our goal is to ensure we can quickly and reliably capture high-quality content. We are seeking a diverse group of qualified video production vendors and freelance producers, editors and content creators to support both B2C and B2B video and content capture needs, including shooting, producing, and delivering final videos, capturing b-roll or photo assets and creating other key content to promote the United States as a premier travel destination.
