Brand USA is seeking a Marketing Project Management vendor, consultant or freelancer to work with our Consumer Marketing team on projects related to Brand USA’s Global Sponsorships and Brand Partnerships. The vendor/consultant will report to the Director, Global Sponsorships, and be responsible for supporting the director in developing and managing the successful execution of Brand USA’s annual global sponsorship and brand partnership programs across travel, film, music, entertainment and sports. This will include supporting the design and management of programs from conception to completion, including: managing the successful integration of partners and related requirements into Brand USA marketing, communications or trade initiatives to amplify our efforts and further our mutually beneficial goals.
Brand USA in conjunction with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China is cohosting the 13th U.S. – China Tourism Leadership Summit in Seattle, Washington. The is an annual event that brings leaders of the Chinese and U.S. tourism industries together for business sessions and networking opportunities. With a limited number of industry executives in attendance, the summit is an ideal environment for participants to forge valuable relationships that mutually benefit the tourism industries in both countries. Summit locations alternate between China and the United States each year. Summits have been held as far west as the Big Island of Hawaii and as far east as Orlando, Florida in the United States.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate integrated travel marketing and media/public relations firm (Representation Firm) to represent Brand USA’s interests in China (excluding Taiwan and Hong Kong). The selected Representation Firm will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination in order to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the United States. The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate insourced PR agencies that can provide an onsite consultant(s) to help with a variety of communications and media relations initiatives with the goal of promoting Brand USA as a premier travel destination through international consumer media coverage. The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a vendor to examine key Brand USA partner programs and produce case studies detailing the quantitative and qualitative impact of these programs on both the Brand USA and Partner. The case studies will help Brand USA tell the story of their success with industry partners and assist the organization in recruiting more and deeper industry partnerships.
