We are inviting proposals from experienced Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to plan, manage, and execute Brand USA Travel Week Latin America 2027 (TWLA27) - a multi-day, multi-track B2B trade and media event bringing together U.S. travel exhibitors and Latin American buyers, media, and travel agents. TWLA27 is the second edition of this event and the first to include Mexico as an origin market.

Brand USA seeks a secure, standardized MCP layer in GCP that (i) abstracts access to common enterprise systems (e.g., CMS, DAM, CRM, data warehouse, project/work management, file storage, event management, cloud productivity suites) via auditable tools; (ii) supports multiple top-tier model providers through a single policy-enforced gateway; and (iii) aligns with our existing security, privacy, and data governance practices. Responses should emphasize risk management, auditability, and long-term operability over experimental features.

Brand USA is seeking a Pop Culture & Screen Tourism PR Agency to position the United States as the ultimate travel destination for international audiences. The selected agency will leverage celebrity influence, pop culture moments, and screen tourism to craft culturally resonant PR campaigns that showcase the USA’s diverse travel experiences and global appeal through film, music, and entertainment. This includes collaborating with film studios, television networks, and streaming platforms to advocate for U.S. destinations to be featured in productions, as well as creating earned media opportunities that strategically align with celebrity and talent projects.
