NAPA, Calif., Dec. 16, 2020 – Downtown Napa is known as California's most walkable wine country destination where you can enjoy the best of Napa Valley without ever setting foot in a car. Visitors can safely explore the city's 40-plus wine tasting rooms all within walking distance of each other. Dozens of tasting rooms also offer small production wines you won't find anywhere else. Shadowbox is possibly the smallest tasting room in Napa Valley and one of Downtown Napa's newest and coolest additions. The tasting room offers a Salt & Acid tasting of gourmet potato chips paired with limited-production wines.
Up for a mystery? Schedule an appointment for a blind taste at the Napa General Store. You'll be blindfolded before you begin and guided through a tasting.
Looking to finish your day sparkling? Be Bubbly recently opened its doors in Downtown Napa as the first and only dedicated Champagne and sparkling wine lounge in Napa Valley. Enjoy a variety of hand-selected sparkling wines from both domestic and international locations.
Not only is Vintage Sweet Shoppe one of the best local spots for incredible chocolate treats, but the dessert shop also offers wine tasting. Sample a couple truffles while you sip on a glass of wine or enjoy a wine flight for a truly memorable tasting experience.
