The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a vendor to examine key Brand USA partner programs and produce case studies detailing the quantitative and qualitative impact of these programs on both the Brand USA and Partner. The case studies will help Brand USA tell the story of their success with industry partners and assist the organization in recruiting more and deeper industry partnerships.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate agency to support Brand USA’s strategic global communications, media relations, and public relations priorities. Brand USA continually works to build brand awareness and credibility to communicate U.S. travel policy both internationally and domestically. Our desired partner will have the capacity to provide strategic counsel and direction, actively share and promote our message, amplify our successes, and position the business case of how travel positively impacts the United States economy – at the national, regional, and local levels.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate integrated travel marketing and media / public relations firm (Representation Firm) to represent Brand USA’s interests in Korea.  The selected Representation Firm will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the United States.  As an extension of the Brand USA team in market, the Representation Firm will ensure all in-market activity represents Brand USA in ways that support the organization’s strategies and mission, while protecting and preserving our integrity and brand.

Brand USA is seeking a company that is able to provide high-end printing and binding services for both large and small format printing. Brand USA will provide artwork and print-ready files. The selected firm will need to be able to make small, as well as large run prints.

Brand USA is seeking an organization to provide a variety of graphic design support to better present itself to industry stakeholders, federal partners, and private sector travel professionals. With this RFP, we are seeking a firm with expertise in Collateral Design Support, Presentation and Infographic Design, Experiential Design for Domestic Trade shows and other activations, and Promo Item Production and Management -to support our various corporate initiatives and events.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate vendor to develop and maintain Brand USA’s B2B WeChat in China. Our objective is to develop a WeChat platform, which is simple for our travel trade partners (tour operators, travel agents, receptive tour operators, wholesalers, etc.) to use to receive information and communicate with the community manager, navigate, and search. The goal is to better inform our travel trade partners so they can better sell travel to the United States to potential Chinese visitors.
